Seniors Living Well: Free Lunch-n-Learn Event for Community

Baton Rouge, La. – Baton Rouge General is hosting a free lunch-n-learn event on Thursday, Dec. 4, 12 noon - 1:00 p.m. at the Bluebonnet campus in Conference Room 1 (Entrance 3).

Led by family medicine physicians Dr. Stephanie Awad and Dr. Akayla Robinson, the seminar will provide attendees with healthy lifestyle tips for seniors and their caregivers:
  • Exercises seniors can do at home to stay healthy
  • Tips to help seniors sleep better
  • Daily activities that promote physical and emotional wellness
