I was very much at ease with Dr. McAllister. I could sit and talk to him and he'd listen, and in fact I've been knowing him for years and years. Very good experience. Thank you Dr. McAllister.
The ladies bathroom on the main floor was dirty and in disrepair. It gave me a terrible feeling of uncleanliness. The doctors waiting room was completely opposite. It was clean and beautiful. I was sorry I had to utilize the restroom after my long drive before I entered the doctors office. You need to do better.

I've been a patient of Dr. Phillip McAllister for over two years including surgery. I've had nothing but the best care and attention from him and his staff. If only all of the medical community were as thoughtful and caring as his office is, health care would be so much better in our country.
The front desk person was polite and very efficient. The nurse that came in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr McAllister, was and is, always very patient, takes his time, and listens to what was said. He does not rush the patient and is very understanding. He will explain things several times if needed

All of my concerns were addressed.
Dr McAllister was very professional, sympathetic and spent quality time which is unusual in this day and age. I wish i would have met him when i first developed issues with my neck.
Even though it was a lengthy wait time it was worth it. He was very thorough in his examination and very gentle.
This doctor is probably the best doctor I've ever seen as far as knowledge and what he can do for me and the way he explained everything. I'll go back. I would highly recommend it to anybody and very good person at the front desk treated me well. I mean no complaints there.
Was very pleased overall with the appointment especially with Dr McAllister. He did a thorough clinical exam, asked me many questions about my issue and did not ever seemed rushed. He spent 20-30 minutes just reviewing images and impressions from previous images. He was very confident in his diagnosis and I already think I can trust him with the surgery I need On the other hand, the person that took my medical history I was disappointed with. She asked me several times how to spell different words and was n
