Baton Rouge General offers tips for handling holiday stress on November 7

Baton Rouge, La. – As we head into the most wonderful – busy, family-filled, expensive – time of the year, Baton Rouge General invites you to attend a free, healthy lunch event on handling holiday stress. The lunch and learn will be held from noon to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 7 at the hospital’s Bluebonnet campus.

Behavioral health professional Becky Antoon will discuss the signs and symptoms of depression, various types of treatments, and how to know when you need external help.

The event will be held in Conference Room 2 of the Bluebonnet campus on Picardy Avenue. Space is limited, so please register in advance: BRGeneral.org/events
