Even little ones can have fun with this healthy after-school snack. Just
make sure to keep fresh fruits, veggies and cheese on hand.
And make sure a babysitter or older sibling is available to supervise.
Cheese cut into squares
Keep a bag of six-inch skewers on hand, and let the kids customize their
own kabobs. Alternate fruit, cheese, veggies and olives onto the skewers,
2 or 3 of each ingredient per skewer. Provide a dip or dressing that your
kids enjoy (ranch, hummus, etc.)
