CoreFit! Class. Learn to move great and feel even better! As we age, our
muscles naturally tighten and weaken reducing beneficial ranges of motion
and predisposing us to injury. When you add in the amount of time we spend
sitting, standing, and working with our hands, it can add up to be a real
problem. Spend 30 minutes with us lengthening and strengthening to help
reduce pain and improve performance. This isn't the standard "Core"
class filled with sit ups, infomercial gimmicks and sloppy medicine ball
tosses. No, this class was designed with a step by step approach to train
your mid-section to work the way it was intended - stability, strength,
stamina, and endurance while adding flexibility and mobility to the joints
