Burn Clinical Trials
Open-label, controlled, randomized, multicenter, study evaluating the efficacy
and safety of StrataGraft® skin tissue in promoting autologous skin
tissue regeneration of complex skin defects due to thermal burns that
contain intact dermal elements and for which excision and autografts are
Some patients with thermal burn wounds will requiring autographs to promote
wound healing. An autograph is when a piece of healthy tissue form the
patient’s body (donor site) is used to cover the burn wound. This
study is being done to find out if a new human skin tissue called StrataGraft
is able to help thermal burn wounds heal without using skin taken from
a healthy part of the patient’s body. It will also test if the study
skin is safe to use.
