About this event
Join Baton Rouge General’s dietitians for a grocery store tour to learn how to choose fresh and healthy foods and how to understand confusing nutrition labels. During the tour, you will also learn how to make a meal plan and how to prepare healthy dishes for your family with recipes and a custom shopping list specially created by our dietitians.
