Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training 

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training is the first stage in the Lean Six Sigma training process. This immersive classroom experience, spanning over two days, will guide you through the DMAIC methodology - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. It will equip you with the essential tools to contribute effectively on a project team, as a Yellow Belt. This course is designed to cater to beginners stepping into the world of Lean Six Sigma, as well as individuals gearing up for Yellow Belt certification. It comprehensively covers the entire body of knowledge required for the Yellow Belt level, preparing you for the certification exam.

Learning Goal: Participants will become certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts after mastering Lean Six Sigma concepts.
