Bio

Dr. Breanna Campbell earned undergraduate degrees in biology and Spanish from Texas Tech University. She then completed her medical degree, with an additional certificate in global health, at Texas Tech University School of Medicine and her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she earned the Don Powell Jr. award for Excellence in Internal Medicine Residency.

A Bonham, Texas, native, Dr. Campbell then completed an infectious disease fellowship at the University of Virginia, with her research focusing on improving health outcomes in chronic infectious diseases with special attention to patient-centered care and patient-physician communication. Dr. Campbell is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America and the HIV Medicine Association.
