Camp Catahoula

Join us this year at Baton Rouge General Regional Burn Center's annual Camp Catahoula for a free action-packed week of summer fun for child burn survivors. Campers will enjoy activities including swimming, fishing and games, all while sharing experiences with other burn survivors.

Camper Health History
Before attending camp, your camper must have a Health History check completed by their pediatrician or health care provider. Once complete, you can submit the form in your camper's registration or you can email the form to Burn.Camp@brgeneral.org.

Travel Accommodations
Bus transportation is provided to and from camp with two drop-off/pick-up locations. The first bus will arrive at Baton Rouge General - Mid City on Florida Boulevard at 8 a.m. on July 15. Once the bus is loaded, it will make a second stop at the AMC Movie Theater in Hammond around 10 a.m. The same locations will serve as pick-up locations returning from camp. The bus will return to the AMC Movie Theater in Hammond on July 21 around 2:30 p.m. and will arrive at Baton Rouge General - Mid City around 3:30 p.m. A staff member will call each parent on the way home for more specific arrival times.
