This place is phenomenal. I've never been somewhere that is this efficient and communicated so well. Best by far. Others need to take notes. Nurse is great and Dr is great! Quick in and out and everything is answered and taken care of. This is how it always should be done.

Both the Nurse Practitioner (Kristin Guidry) and the attending nurse were very polite, professional, and caring. This was a much better experience to what I've experienced outside of Baton Rouge General.
Lady who was doing the outpatient intake was very slow and causing a bottle neck as such with those of us needing xray services She took a lot longer than any other time I have been there

Mrs Guidry is the first doctor to take time with me and not make me feel rushed. After 3 cardiologists, and many tests, Mrs Guidry found the possible source for my high blood pressure issues. I am very pleased with Her taking care of me. She always listens to me!

Yes, I think the overall experience has been very good so far. Specifically, I think the best experience I've had is when I'll go to draw blood for labs. That was probably the best time I've ever had blood drawn. No pain at all. It lasted not even a second. I really like that. The reason I put two in some of my answers for some was because my medical history goes with several other doctors, so there's no way for her to know all of it immediately on our first meeting. And when she diagnosed me, one of my concerns was not really alleviated with the diagnosis, even though it may possibly be correct. I don't know yet. And that was that I lost appetite and a very bad fatigue.
I love K Guidry! She has always been my go to since my first visit. No matter how often I send a message my messages are always answered with full information.

I recently lost my insurance and had to get on Medicaid. For this visit, I had to self pay almost $200 because they weren't taking Medicaid patients. Thankfully I was able to cover it, but I'm scared I will have to find lower quality care in the future because I don't have the right insurance. My doctor is the best doctor I've ever had, and I really don't want to go to anyone else.
Dr. Guidry is very caring and takes her time to explain everything in detail & makes sure you understand your diagnosis & medication prescribed. She is very sincere

The staff is great. I have a large problem not having a choice between taking a flu test or a combined flu and Covid test. This administration has the choice of what types of tests are ordered. I should have had the choice of taking just a flu test.
Everything was top notch at the hospital except, my prescriptions weren't called in until 5pm. My appointment was at 10am. I called 3 times and finally got a hold of someone who said the nurse will call me back. I never received a call back. It would have been nice to know when they would be ready.
My visit went extremely well fro beginning to end. Keep up the great work.

I had a very nice visit, however, I was told I would get a referral for an audiology test and that did not happened, I'm still waiting. I don't know if they're going to call me or how that'll be handled.
