The only downside was the amount of people in the waiting room who don't know how to use headphones. The amount of music/videos/speaker phone being played for everyone to hear was very annoying. Perhaps a sign that says to please keep cell phone usage to a minimum and not use use speakers.

I've been seeing these providers for quite a long time on regular basis. Always have had a good experience and feel they really care about me.
I had my first glucose/insulin test today. Everyone time from the greeter & just walking past employees was kind, polite, & helpful. The admission desk ladies were very friendly & helpful. I feel terrible for not getting the nurses name who did my lab test today but she receives an 11 out of 10 stars. She has such a sweet personality & she's very good at what she does. She kept everything on time to a T. Addresses me by my name each time. With a smile. You can tell she loves what she does & that she loves working with people. Working in the medical field myself, I made sure to tell her all of that before I left because people love to criticize but rarely praised & it was more than well deserved by her.
