Dr. Tillery is an excellent doctor!!!
I pray for the day that a physician actually takes the time to review the medical history of a patient, vs looking at their BMI and giving the generic diagnosis of "your problems are problems because of your weight" or just exercise for 30 mins and change unhealthy food choices, healthy diet and exercise doesn't work for all people. For some people in reality there hormones are actually a problem and that has to be handled for the obvious to get results. But I digress carry on.

Yeah, Dr. Lauren saw me right away and I got an appointment on the same day which was really helpful to me. I'm extremely grateful and thankful that that was done. She listened to me with open ears and I really needed that and appreciated that and also recommended some medicines and some techniques that hopefully will serve me well. The provider did not have very good energy. She did not listen very well to my concerns. When I was telling her what I was coming there for, even my refills, when it got down to refills, I told her to make sure that I didn't forget. She told me, well, let's get through with this and then we'll get back to that. I, of course, forgot and, of course, we never got back to it. I didn't get the refills, went back into the office, the office staff. Seems like they had a problem with me going back for the refills. When I walked back up on them, they were talking about me. I think that was very rude. I just didn't get very good energy from the staff or the doctor. I just didn't like

Poor experience... this doctor has taken nothing that I've told her I've experienced in consideration. Several of my labs came back abnormal and high or low; she replied that everything was normal. This is actually the second time I've had this experience. I recently reviewed the labs from 2023 which were similar to the 2025 results; irrespective of several of my labs remaining high/low, nothing has been explained or made me confidently believe there are no issues with my health. This was a waste of my insurance payment for an annual visit. Now I have to pay another co pay to get another opinion. Because clearly something is not right regarding my lab results. I thought someone who looked like me and was youthful would take my care more seriously. But I will not be returning to Dr. Tillery. Her response to my complaints about my feet being abnormally cold was, 'it is generally not true that only your feet are cold.' Well if that is what I'm going through, should I have to feign additional symptoms so my issues are taken seriously. The labs indicated low total iron binding capacity, she messaged that I am borderline anemic... no iron recommendation or any explanation to combat this. My urine samples were also abnormal, no treatment recommended or anything. I am extremely disappointed in this service because I rely on medical experts I visit...

The doctor was great and listened to me as always. I want to specifically note that the nurse provided the best blood pull I've ever had though. She offered to let me lie down before starting which helped, but the stick was nearly painless which was a fantastic departure from what I learned to expect in other offices.

One of the best doctors I ever seen
The visit was as I expected. I had gone in during a visit with my husband and was very impressed. I then decided to use BRGeneral physicians on a permanent basis. Overall they could not have been more attentive and caring of my needs. The doctor was phenomenal and I was so pleased, I left feeling like I had been seen by a very good doctor and given the best of care.
Overall, we were nervous but were proven to be wrong and had no worries. Our entire visit was above and beyond what we expected being a new patient. We gave recommended this faculty and facility to friends who have enquired about needing local medical attention. The visit was more than we could have asked for and we were very satisfied and not left wondering what was going on with his medical problems.
I think the nurse that came in, she was very professional, did things on a timely manner. And when Dr. Tillery came in, she was awesome. I mean, had time to listen, wanted to know if there was any questions I needed answered, explained everything fully to me, the procedure or what they'll be doing. Just awesome. I couldn't ask for no more than what I received. I was very, very, very well pleased.
I was a little late so I asked if I could reschedule for that same day and fit me in. I was very pleased because I had some medical conditions I had been experiencing for a few weeks. My doctor was aware of some of my medical history but needed records from my last primary care provider. She listened to my concerns and examined me then made a diagnosis.

When I arrived, the one person at the desk was on the phone, apparently trying to find out how to code or set up something. She could not get something to go through or work. After five or so minutes, she asked if I wanted to check in. I said yes, she got my name, clicked something and said I was checked in. She was still on the phone when I checked out to leave.
My recent appointment was an establishing care appointment. Dr. Tillery was very attentive when listening to my concerns, and gave feedback from lab work was completed by my previous physicians/ specialists. We established a care plan to improve my chronic pain/ symptoms, and I'm looking forward to continue working with her in the future.

Dr. Tillery is always awesome. She speaks to me very personable, very understandingly, because she's a very knowledgeable woman and she brings what I'm having complications with down to layman's terms and I greatly appreciate that. She does not, when I ask her to repeat herself a couple of times, she does not show any frustration. Bedside manner is superb and I only wish one thing is that she was doing pediatrics as well so that I can bring my daughter into her because I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Tillery.

It was just not good customer service from the front office . The doctors and nurses were not very personable. Yes the doctor sees a lot of people on a daily basis, however it's important to build relationships. I observed a lot of older patients and it was a lot of yes, no, one comment response to them. Where as I am knowledgeable and well educated and make a decent salary... will ask many questions. The fact that I asked a lot of questions, got on their nerves. Will not be recommending this practice to anyone! If there are older patients, I do advise that their children attend the appointments with them. I do understand that this practice have a few other doctors, so maybe this was the doctor that I had that day.

Dr Tillery has low reviews online but I thought her service was great. She didn't want to believe me about an infection at first, but she eventually found it and now that I have antibiotics I'm noticably better. Would visit her again!

This experience is getting back to when patients were treated as individuals and not just another number to come in and out. My experience with Dr. Lauren Tillery has always been amazing. I am going on two years being with her as a patient. She's in my primary care provider since 2022. I firmly believe in getting my wellness checkups and just staying on top of my health. I love that she is very knowledgeable as a primary care physician. Even if I'm not able to have an office visit, if it's something that I know that I need medically, and she's able to provide that outside of the office, and I appreciate that as a patient.
