I saw nurse practitioner Mrs Roy and she was absolutely wonderful . She was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. She is one of two that I can say I trust and really like and I told her so. The nurses were absolutely wonderful to.

I have been very comfortable with Angela. She has shown genuine concern for me and still working to get me to a place where my bones will benefit from the therapy. It has been a long and not too productive as my scans are not showing just bare minimal progress and challenging with all my health problems and possible drug interactions that are not allowing me to improve any more than the present.
I felt very comfortable. I felt, well, like she explained all my sickness to me about Arcturus ferocious and my injection that I have to receive. She explained how hard the improvement was and what I need to do. and who I need to see when I get my injection every six months, that I don't have to just come into the office. She explained everything to me, very explanatory, and I could understand and know all what she was saying. And I felt so good that I could wait to have.

Too much walking. Entrance 1 for blood and bone density testing. Entrance 2 for Dr visit then entrance 3 for infusion.

My notice did not provide my provider's name. The notice did not remind me she had moved. I was told of the move one year ago and when I called to confirm the appt. I was not reminded to use entrance 2. I arrived a few minutes late because of the long walk. It could have been to much of a walk for another person. Thank you.

The provider is supposed to find out the statistical data as far as cost-wise if the IV replace is equivalent to the medicine I'm currently taking for the bones and let me know something. I have not yet heard back, but it's only been a couple of days. That information will be very helpful in making a decision as far as the cost of treatment. The IV, I was told, is the same drug as the one that I take orally. So when I look at that and I look at my insurance, does it make sense for me to pay the fee for the IV treatment versus the medication I take now? From my understanding, there's no difference. That information I would love to have available. That's it. Thank you.

Angela Roy is a wonderful healthcare provider. However, it would have been nice to have been advised that her office moved from one tower to another instead of having to search for a parking spot near Tower 1 and walk a long distance to find that she was no longer in Tower 1. Then, I returned to my vehicle, drove to the other Tower. Searched for a parking spot with no success, and ended up valet parking. I had arrived on time for my appointment, but due to the above, I was actually late getting into her office. Parking and lack of communication are problems.
