This hands-on training course equips law enforcement instructors with the knowledge and skills to deliver performance-based fitness programs tailored to the demands of the job. Through a combination of lectures, practical labs, and group activities, participants will learn to conduct movement screens, apply structured exercise science principles, and implement effective injury prevention and return-to-duty strategies. Designed to close the gap in tactical fitness education, this course enhances officer performance, reduces injury risk, and promotes long-term health.
