I've had the best medical experience I've ever had with this office, Alicia specifically.
Hi, everything went exceptionally well. The only thing was I was supposed to hear back from someone in the office to schedule an appointment for three months out and I never did. And sometimes it's hard to get someone on the phone when calling to schedule because it's always, if they don't answer, if they answer, they put you on hold and I mean, it's for a very lengthy time. But other than that, everything's great. Thank you. Bye.

She is passionate about helping you fight this obesity disease. She encourages me, but most of all, she helps educate ways to improve my weight loss journey. From providing places to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables on a budget to understanding the mental part of obesity. If the medical field and health insurance could get on board and take a note from this knowledgeable amazing, supportive PA. Obesity would be a changing face for many people like me. My doctor studied my medical history and labs prior to our visit. My doctor arrived ready with a suggested medical response.
This office has always treated me with the upmost respect and took interest in any questions I had and responded quickly with knowledgeable answer and for that I'm glad to be a patient here

I have had trouble getting someone to respond to messages left when the front desk didn't answer the phone. However when you are there in person the attention is 100% on you.

Had a good experience at this office. Everyone was very friendly.
Alicia was very thorough and polite. I didn't know what to expect, but she acknowledged my effort and that meant a lot to me. I also appreciate being given treatment options. I think I was expecting to have the GLP-1 drugs thrown at me, and they weren't.

I can't say enough great things about Alicia Brand, PA. She listens to me when I have concerns about getting my medication's and she makes sure that there is a solution to my issues with this problem. She listens to my concerns and questions about my health, and she talks through and explains things to me very well. She is one of the best PAs I have ever met with. She loves her patients and is great at doing what she does.

I am very happy with my experience there. It was my first time and everyone was super friendly and very helpful.
My insurance (Cigna)kept denying my medication because they said I didn't meet requirements although I did. I never received the necessary medication after calling office many times to resolve. Had to use a different medication without good results.

I am very impressed with the staff at the bariatric clinic. Every time I have come there, I have been treated with nothing but respect, and they take their time with me. They ask me how I'm doing. I've gone to a lot of doctors over the years, and I love the way they take time. And sometimes I have a question to me that may sound stupid, and they say "there's nothing you can say that's stupid", but if I don't know, I have to ask. And I get the utmost respect from everyone there, and I appreciate it. And yes, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

The NP was great. Just having a little trouble getting the medicine because of insurance.
I really enjoyed my experience with the provider and I expect to get the results that I am working towards with my weight loss. I plan to continue my medication and proper eating habits.

Alicia Brand NP is caring, knowledgeable & listens. She discusses options I have with me and we make decisions as a team! I would & have recommended her to friends. The front office staff however are not very welcoming nor engaging.
