Hi, everything went exceptionally well. The only thing was I was supposed to hear back from someone in the office to schedule an appointment for three months out and I never did. And sometimes it's hard to get someone on the phone when calling to schedule because it's always, if they don't answer, if they answer, they put you on hold and I mean, it's for a very lengthy time. I can't say enough great things about Alicia Brand, PA. She listens to me when I have concerns about getting my medication's and she makes sure that there is a solution to my issues with this problem. She listens to my concerns and questions about my health, and she talks through and explains things to me very well. She is one of the best PAs I have ever met with. I am very impressed with the staff at the bariatric clinic. Every time I have come there, I have been treated with nothing but respect, and they take their time with me. They ask me how I'm doing. I've gone to a lot of doctors over the years, and I love the way they take time. And sometimes I have a question to me that may sound stupid, and they say "there's nothing you can say that's stupid", but if I don't know, I have to ask. And I get the utmost respect from everyone there, and I appreciate it. And yes, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.
