I would have just liked more information on using the GLP-1 instructions on maybe diet and things like that.

I've only been there for one visit. They called me about some bloodwork results. I've called them back two days in a row and they said the nurse would call me back, but I haven't received a call yet. I'm sure they are busy. Everything went good at my appointment and Dr. Watts was great. ?

The labs that i wanted done, the doctor said she doesnt test for that unless your showing signs. I only get an annual once a year and you dont know whats going on with your body unless you get tested. So the visit would be a 9/10 if my doctor wouldve listened to me and tested me for all the bloodwork that i wanted done.

The exam was minimal. Previous provider I've gone to has checked my prostate because it seemed slightly enlarged...but this was not done. Provider did not even look at my ears/throat.

I have been a patient of Dr. Watts for years now & she is the best primary physician I have ever had! She has helped me through the most painful & complicated time when my health was awful but I couldn't find any answers! I was finally able to insist on more tests when I was at BR GENERAL ER for the 4-5th time. This was because Dr. Watts encouraged me to go back & ask for more tests if they continued to just send me home with no real answers! Well the did blood cultures & the next day told me I had bacteremia! This led to over a year of complications & ultimately open heart surgery due ti infection getting to my heart valves! This was not something I was warned could happen & a new echocardiogram before I was taken off antibiotics should have been done! But all history now/ and thank God the past year has been a better one. Dr. Watts & get nurses at the time were so caring & concerned for me. They even came to see me & missed me but gave my hubby a gift for me. So amazing! Meant so much to us to have her in our corner! She is a wonderful doctor for me & really listens.

This was my first visit with a new primary care doctor. If she spent 15 minutes with me before she walked out, that was a lot. She said something about a statin drug, which I do not take statins that may have disturbed her. When she walked out she said "see you in six months." She knew nothing about me since I had never seen her before and never sat and questioned anything. I chose this doctor after reading her bio and seeing all the five stars that some patients gave her; however, I don't believe she is a good fit for me because I am used to a primary care Doctor Who sits and converses with her patients and finds out something about them. Especially if they are new patients. I changed from Humana to Peoples Healthcare which necessitated my change to a new primary care doctor. The next day her assistant called and asked me to bring back all the information that I had taken to this new doctor because she failed to put it in the computer. That was very questionable to me. I regret I do not have a more favorable report to give.
Physicians not hands on, themand nurses seem more concerned about the computer data.

Yes, I did not receive my order in order to go get my blood pressure. When I got to the blood pressure place at that news channel, they didn't have it. I had to wait two hours in order to get it. So I wasn't very satisfied with that. Thank you.

That day was fine but after my initial visit, I wasn't given a follow up visit on my test results. I wasn't contacted by the doctors when they came in and I was told by a person answering the phone it would be 5-7 days before my results came in.... But the doctor had already told me to call in but when I called in ... which took forever to get through and I was on hold for like 20 minutes but the music was playing and it was pleasant. I kinda felt unimportant after the visit because I had to contact them and they didn't contact me

Blood work should be done before you see the Doctor. Than the Doctor could discuss the findings with you. This would eliminate the nurse having to call you the day after your appointment.

She seems to be informed about situations such as mine, and she gave me very good feedback, and she also told me about medications that I need to be on. My only suggestion is that on "My Chart", when a question is asked of the doctor, it should be answered by the doctor not the PA.

Staff and doctor work hard.
The front desk does not answer the phone or they have a problem with their phone system because it kept saying that I was fifth in line to get a call back or to get a response and it was like that for hours. So I think there's something wrong with it. But everybody's very kind there. It's just there's something wrong with the answering system.

I like that I don't have to wait so long to see my doctor. Also they do blood work in the same clinic I don't have to go anywhere else and I get my results like in day or two.
I was able to message my provider/ nurse through the My Chart app which helped get instructions going into the office. I set up an apt for 8:15am, and said to be there at 8am. I did the echeck-in the day before to save time, and was there at 8am. I saw the med tech within 10 minutes, and the provider around 8:30am. I was there for a referral to a nutritionist, and the provider did not ask any further questions. I assumed there would be a conversation of reasoning why, but I felt there was a reason why the conversation did not happen
Dr. takes time ask all needed questions. Answers any questions in professional manner. Speaks in a language I can understand as layman. Makes herself accessible and available!

I have been with Dr. Watts about 15 years now. She treats me like I'm, she makes me feel like a part of her family and I love it that she knows I don't have to say what's wrong with me every single visit. Whatever I come in for, she's already equipped with what I'm coming for and we always have a plan for my medical. And I would love to say this, she is very patient. I love her bedside manner and you don't get that a lot nowadays. So she's my absolute favorite. I absolutely love her and if she leaves this facility, I will definitely follow her no matter where she goes.

Dr. Amanda Watts is truly one of the best providers I've ever had. I cannot sing her praises enough. She is the reason I trust doctors and believe they have my best interest in mind whenever treating me. I have referred my best friends to her, and they all agree and say the same things. However...I will say, the front staff is sometimes difficult to reach as far as scheduling and prescriptions go. Sometimes, the phone just rings and rings. Sometimes, I'm on hold for quite a while. I don't know what can be done about this, but I will say that Dr. watts is worth every 10-25 min wait time, so that's why I never complain. Dr. Watts and her care is what keeps me

Dr Watts always diagnoses my issues with current and old school treatments. She takes the time to which treatments are best based on my medical history. I would just die is she ever stops her practice.

The only problem that I have with this facility is trying to get through calling. I have waited so long sometimes while on my lunch break that I have to hang up. This has happened several times. I usually call between 1:15-2:30. After speaking to the front desk after the last incident I told her about the problem & she said that they only have one phone ( something along that line). If that's the case then I think that decision should be revisited and reconsidered. Thank you

Although the office is very efficient, I feel very rushed. There is very little time taken for any extra care or questions. I don't go in to be seen very often, so it is an opportunity to make sure that I don't have any other issues or need anything else. Just seems very impersonal.

Everything timely except for my lab draws, I waited 20-25 minutes then asked someone. If I remember correctly same issue the last time I was there. I see no one getting called to the back, just a huge delay for labs. I will seek another doctor if this happens again.

The phone kept ringing but no one answers. After seeing Dr. Watts, I sat in the office area for almost an hour waiting for the lab to get my blood work done. People that came after me were helped first. I had to go to the receptionist and asked them what's taking so long. Love Dr. Watts and her nurse, but the front office personnel need improvement.
