The wait time was awesome, everyone was very pleasant from the moment I checked in until I left. Dr Robins is a God send she has the best bedside manners and she listens and together she helped me decide on my health. I love her.
The doctor didn't tell me that she wasn't going to be my regular doctor
My experience was fine however I am having trouble getting my diabetes medicine refilled at Walgreens. They said that Dr. Robins didn't complete the prior authorization so the insurance is not covering it. I know that this is a important medicine that I do need. I have left her messages and I didn't get a response. Because of this, I would like to change doctors.
The. Staff from the front desk to the nurse and doctor was awesome. Especially the nurse and doc. The doc took time and listen and talked. I really liked my pass doctor and I was a little concerned but I think me and my new doc will be fine as well. I will love her as well. Hats off to them and I was well please. It made my time worth while. Kudos to all of them. Ty
