Everything was going well until they tried to sell me a yearly membership for his services for over $2100.00 per person. I thought that was a crazy. My husband and I pay a lot for healthcare. That would an additional $4200 a year. I didn't appreciate being in that position when I just went for a check up. Not good service.
I love Dr. Benjamin . He breaks everything down to you. Let you know what it what it is and what it ain't high he supposed to be used how to take it. He is so polite and understanding. I hope he never leaves the clinic.

I understand there is a dynamic in a dr office that really can't be changed. Having said that the last 2 interactions with this office. I was allowed on my chart to make and appointment when the dr wasn't available. Then told about when I drove into the parking lot. Then heard nothing but excuses from the staff. My last appointment. The appt was for 3:45. I was called back at 4:40 and left the office at 5:18.

The experience was very good. The only little problem was that I had to wait 50 minutes to be with the nurse after I have arrived to the clinic. They should fix it in the future, to get 100% of satisfaction from my side.

My labs aren't taken seriously. I was there for 2 hours because of the system change. Did not do my blood work even though my labs were very off my last visit.
It was amazing. Everyone that works at this office was amazing.
Usually I avoid going to the doctor at all costs, but Dr. Levron was literally the nicest person ever. I'm much more likely to go to follow-up appointments with him as my provider.

My appt was at 3:30, I wasn't called to the back till 4:30. I was left in the room & at 5:30 I still wasn't seen by the doctor, they forgot I was in the room.

I like my doctor and team. My experience was positive except that my appointment was 45 minutes late starting. And it had already been reschedule because two weeks ago they were running two hours behind schedule. As I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, staring at the sign admonishing patients not to be 15 minutes late, the effect could not have been good for my blood pressure. It wasn't. It came back high the first time and she had to take it again a few minutes later. If you're behind schedule every day, that's not unfortunate, that's your plan. Please plan better.

Anxiety and previous sour experiences with past providers had me nervous about this appointment, but I came away from it feeling very thankful and excited for the opportunity to work with Dr. Levron. He seems to truly care, as does the office staff. Every person I interacted with during my visit was kind and compassionate, and very thorough. I felt I was taken seriously the whole time.

The clinic is very good (staff and physicians).
My first visit went well with Dr. Levron and the staff. He gave me time to discuss all issues, and asked very relevant questions. Our only issue is with the chairs in the waiting room. The chairs are molded plastic in metal bases, which are extremely hard and painful on the posterior, and have no arms to help the elderly push themselves up. I was embarrassed for this office as it looked cheap, and uninviting.
Dr. Levron took very good care of me. He spent a LONG time with me. I'm impressed with him.
In my opinion, Dr. Levron is a really good Doctor; he appears empathic and compassionate about his patients.

The provider himself was fantastic. My issue is with the front of house staff. In the few times I have been there, they never once displayed active listening and effective communication. I always leave feeling frustrated, feeling unheard, and usually there is some kind of mishap with documentation, usually due to a communication error on part of the reception staff not explaining in detail what they needed or wanted from me. My experiences with staff every time I have visited have left me wanting to look for a different primary care physician, regardless of how great. Dr. Levron is.
