My family doctors have been part of this practice for decades. I have never had a less than satisfactory experience, Whenever it has been appropriate to refer me to specialists I have always been sent to top people in their field.
Received a call from Dr. Gaspard's nurse telling me that the blood results were fine but that he had not had not received the urine results yet. She said someone would get back to me today, which is Friday, but no one called me about the results. I tried to call back at about 130 to check, but the office was closed. I tried to go online and look at my chart, but I couldn't remember my username and password so I entered my information and it did not generate a password reset email. So now I don't know what my results from the urine test are.

Friendly staff
My labs were drawn the week before my appointment and the doctors office didn't have them available and they had to call the lab to get them....all done at the Bluebonnet hospital/clinic...also I can never see current test results on MYCHART and I called the MYCHART help line and the individual who answered was unhelpful and couldn't give me a resolution but said they would "look" into it and call me back....never heard anything from them again!!! So to this date the issue remains and no one can help resolve this...and no one has ever called me back....they should have a simple log book to record "unresolved issues" and continue the process until the issue is resolved....simple fix instead of never hearing from anyone else and the problem remains!

Reason for provider only knowing some of my medical history was because I had to go elsewhere while BRG was out of network for Aetna, and BR Clinic MyChart records were not visible to BRG staff (although they should be).

I talked to nurse practitioner of Dr. GASPARD. She was fine and then consulted with him. My only issue was getting the medicine that they recommended me to follow up on to clear my coughing and nasal drip. At most, they sent the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. It was not even available. It had been out back ordered for one or two months. That was just my problem in trying to get a recommendation of what then should I be taking. Thank you.

to many people involved , this was a simple 6 mth check up but first had to answer Qs from the person who took my blood pressure, then a 10 minute wait until the NP came in to go over the blood work results followed by another 8 minute wait before thew DR came in,,,now really no wonder care is so high priced !

The new app MyChart was very helpful. The preliminary results were released immediately, followed by an interpretation the next day. I appreciated this. There seems to be some hiccup on being able to view trends between old and new test results, but this will hopefully be resolved over time.
Dr. Gaspard is an interested and caring physician who seeks to understand his patients and desires to see each one prosper in physical as well as emotional health. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.

Dr. Gaspard does not seem present,attentive or engaging. I have seen him for years and found him attentive. A very present and caring doctor. Something is different. I like interaction and discussion. I was there for a yearly physical which seemed to take a few minutes. There was wrong info in the chart which I clarified when asked by the nurse who asked questions and took vitals. The person who called about results from blood work obviously did not know me. My cholesterol was slightly high. Don't eat fried foods and exercise. Laughable. I do NOT eat fried foods and I exercise. Anyway...that is my 2 cents.

Great staff and doctor. I wasn't aware that when I was given my appointment time 6 months ago, that the time they gave me was a 15 minute pre-visit time to wait. The time I showed up was 7:30 for the 7:45 time I thought was my appointment time. My actual appointment time was 8 am, so I wait over 30 minutes. Next time I will take into account the 15 minute pre-arrival time and actually arrive at the time it stated for my appointment, thus reducing my wait time by at least 15 minutes.

Put patients first in negotiations with United Health Care. Don't force patients to find new doctors after many years of building doctor/patient relationships.
Reception clerk was not friendly or even courteous. I waited 30 mins in room for Dr Gaspard and I was his first pt for the day. Once he came in, he was excellent.
The line to check in is weird. No one knows where to stand. Needs to be more user friendly

Check in was great, was greeted, insurance updated and paperwork explained.. dr visit went well, my disappointment came when exiting my appointment a front desk person rudely asked where I was coming from and did I have an appointment..mind you I was coming from the direction of the dr office and nurse station..my appointment was a late time so I was the last patient for my doctor for the day. I wasn't feeling well and didn't appreciate being grilled about why I was back there after being there since 4:15 and didn't leave till 5:15...
They sent me to lab core and that was a bad experience. I've tried 4 times to get on to my chart just not working for me I'm an older lady and have trouble getting on things like this. They also said that I would have the results the back from lab the next day not happening
