In the waiting area, on the television with volume was a repeating advertisment for Endurance car care. I had to listen to that advertisment repeat itself for 15 minutes. HOW ANNOYING!
After I got in the back , I'm not sure what happened it seems like I was for gotten, the doctor had something come up an didn't come back, I was eventually seen by the nurse practitioner, who was very thorough and apologize for the long wait

Exceptional. The nurses and ladies at the desk are GREAT! Very professional and helpful, above what is required. The nurse working the desk, whose name I unfortunately do not recall, was very very nice and helpful. Dr. Gaspard is very kind and professional, took time to listen, order tests, etc. Very much recommend this doctor and clinic.
The staff was polite and helpful to me. Doctor Gaspard checked passed medical records in determining medication levels for my high blood pressure. Doctor stated that my blood pressure medication could be adjusted after my blood pressure went down for a consistent period.

Dr. Gaspard and his team are the backbone of my healthcare in Baton Rouge. They are responsible for detecting a larger issue I had based on conversations and initial blood test that led me to specialist that diagnosed a tumor in my head. It is that total look at the whole body which so important.

Someone, always answers the phone at your office. If they need to forward me to someone else, I get connected quickly. In the rare instances, ned to leave a message i always get a call back. This has been a real problem at many other providers. Br Family medical is my provider of choice whenever possible.

The doctor ordered a shingles vaccine but for some reason the staff wanted to charge me $340 for a vaccine that is covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance and they confirmed it is covered.
