Had 1 pm appt with nurse practitioner.. only 2 cars in parking lot when I drove up . Put in exam room pretty quickly then waited 50 minutes to see NP . What took so long?

At first everything was fine, staff was nice but i called to make a appointment to get Depo Provera, whom ever I spoke with at the front desk said "yes i think we do that" so i scheduled my appointment for the very next day, I paid my copay and filled out my paper work before i got to the office so it could be a smooth fast visit. Once I got in the MA did everything she was supposed to do, after the nurse came in only to tell me they don't do that there. It was a waste of my time and also money. After my visit was over nearly every other office was closing so it was also very inconvenient especially after I rushed there after getting off of work and wasted gas to drive there. It would be nice if the ladies at the front desk were knowledgeable about what all services they offer and if they aren't sure just to ask in order to not waste anyone elses time, gas, and money.

I greatly appreciated how quickly I was able to get same day appointment when I thought I made appointment online. Enjoyed talking with NP Brandy. Her follow up the next day and even answering a concern, was prompt. I hate giving blood for labs but was relieved with the lab tech. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I needed a new primary care, close to the house and I've found it. Thank you, ladies!
Everyone was kind and considerate. Going to the doctor was an enjoyable experience which is very rare!
Dr. Brandy is awesome. The only thing I don't unerstand is I was charged $124 which i paid in full at the time of service then a day later I was charged another 100 dollars and I'm not sure why. If someone can let me know what the extra charge is for I would appreciate it.
I am so happy that my neighbor referred me to Brandy Davis. She and her nurse were so kind and so easy to talk to. I have finally found a NP I feel so comfortable seeing. I feel like Brandi treats her patients the same way she would want someone to treat her own parents... I have a very hard time trying to explain what all I am dealing with. But Brandy made me feel comfortable. And I hope she will be my Dr. from now on.
