About Me

Caroline Gilmore, RD, LDN, IFNCP, earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and completed her dietetic internship at Henry General Hospital. She has been a licensed dietitian since 1996 and joined Baton Rouge General in 2020. Caroline is dedicated to helping individuals understand the integral relationship between food and overall health.
