My Rheumatologist recommended that I see Dr.Hall. I can't thank her enough and Dr. Hall.
He explained everything in detail so I would understand why i couldn't get rid of the infection. He also explained why I had to do certain things for my insurance to pay for certain treatments. He was very thorough and gentle. I like this doctor.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to the office. I have seen this doctor before at a different location and have always had positive experiences, which is why this interaction stood out to me. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member who checked us in seemed too busy to slow down and acknowledge us. When I completed the paperwork and returned it to her, her tone and responses came across as very rude. The interaction made me feel as though checking in for my appointment was an inconvenience rather than a normal part of the visit. I was honestly taken back because this has never been my experience at this office before. If I had the staff member's name, I would include it, because I believe it's important for the office to be aware of situations like this. Patients should feel welcomed and comfortable in a doctor's office, not as though they are disturbing someone's day. I'm sharing this feedback simply because I value the care I've received from the doctor and hope the office continues to provide a positive experience for patients. The nurse was very attentive and he gave his undivided effort and attention to my concerns. He communicated effectively from what I can tell to Dr. Hall. Dr. Hall came in fully aware of what was going on with the exception of a few things that I think he just wanted my explanation of. And Dr. Hall himself was very attentive. He was careful with his attention, giving me his attention, listening to every detail that I gave. And it was very refreshing for me to experience his care, his care of attentiveness to me and making sure he paid attention to the details of what he was going to do.

I would have rated them a 10, but the scheduler did not follow through on a commitment. She told me she would contact me the next day by noon to schedule my surgery. I was not contacted.

Dr Christian has an excellent relationship with his patients. He really takes the time and gives his patients time to explain their issues.
The staff and doctor were patient and listened carefully. Also, the doctor explained things for the better part of 5-10 minutes which was enough time to fully understand the condition.
