Everything on my appointment was great, except for the front desk, who seem to have problems with my insurance, and told me to go away and call somebody about it, and then they had more problems, so they came back and got my cards a second time, and did not give them back, and I left, and someone had to go pick them up the next day causing me to lose some time because I had a second appointment after that I didn't get to go to, and they were also arguing about my, my insurance in front of me, which I didn't, I thought was uncool. Other than that, the doctor was wonderful,the nurse was wonderful. The front desk could use some polish.

It was my 1st visit and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. was very rude, She didn't want to wear her mask because she said she was on a lunch break And she said I left there early when I was my appointment was for 1 and I was there at a quarter to 1 and then She just kind of gave me attitude. I was very and happy to be for my 1st visit to be greeted like that. She was the girl with the white weave in her hair. I'm sorry to say that everything else was extremely professional and extremely well done. I will be back, but I hope to not be greeted by her again.
