I did not see my provider. I was there for a Covid test. I was treated nicely got a positive results and my doctor called in some medication. Everybody was professional. To me, the the patients waiting area is very pleasant to sit and wait until you are called to see your doctor. Not to cold or warm as the seasons change. The area is always clean. There are signs to inform patients what they need when approaching the window to sign in.
