I would like to be able to either order my CPAP supplies online or be able to get automatic notifications regarding getting CPAP supplies on a monthly basis. That's the only thing I have to remember myself to call to order my supplies, and I have to go by the office to pick them up. It would be good and convenient if they could just be sent by the mail, or we get reminders each month that CPAP supplies are available for us to pick up. That's it.

This was a good visit and experience. I have had previous negative interactions which were closer to time when the General took over so there was transitioning. I had a very long wait simply to get supplies. My recent experience was much better so I mention it here to show that I noted the improvement in service.

The staff is great, It is just a waste pf time and money for me to go there. I have 2 cpap machines one at home and one at my camper (I sleep there 3 nights a week for work). Insurance won't allow data from more than 1 machine, even though it doesn't overlap. So, for the past 10 years, I go in for my appointment and I'm told I'm not in compliance and insurance isn't going to pay for anything. So, lost time from work + co-pay= $225. 2 sets of supplies=$229. So it costs me $ 504 to buy supplies. A better option needs to be found. I don't understand why I need a prescription to buy consumable supplies.
It took three, possibly four days to get someone. I finally had to ask for a manager to try to get an appointment because I missed my appointment in June, wasn't on my calendar, and they documented it as a no-show. But when I called to see when my appointment was, it took several days. And that telephone tag with one girl, she was calling me back. One girl I talked to before her did not get back with me and she said she would. And then finally I called for an office manager and got an appointment very quickly. So it's all good.

For the first time since I've been seen here, I had to wait to be seen and to get my supplies. Appointment was at 1 pm, I was told to get there 15 minutes early, but i got there 20 minutes early. Wasn't called to the back until 120, and not seen
Enlightening and informative.
The time spent waiting to see the provider and then waiting in the waiting room for the longest time to get new appliances for my machine is very frustrating. Especially when waiting to see one of the respiratory therapist/assistant was too long of a wait. Last appointment I had to leave without getting new appliances for my machine because the weight was way too long.
I don't understand why I should come to the office to check my machine, and my machine isn't checked. The provider print it out how I was doing with my machine and gave me a copy and that was it. Wasn't even in the room with me for five minutes. I drive an hour there and back. I'm elderly and I'm not happy with that. Can't we just get a simple phone call and talk five minutes and not have to come to the office unless absolutely necessary?? I would be happy to pay my co-pay still. Nothing against the person I saw, she seemed to be very sweet and knowledgeable. I enjoyed visiting with her.

Dr Dedra's nursing assistant was very helpful with a difficult insurance and prescription situation, returned calls, and communicated well. I unfortunately don't remember her name, but she was very patient and I appreciate how well she kept on top of things.

Staff is great, doctors are great, supplies lady is great, everything is great BUT it is completely unacceptable to have to wait 2 months or longer to see a doctor when you are already a patient. That is ridiculous. Plus they are so busy it is hard to get someone on the phone some days. Not the staffs fault not complaining about them at all.

They need to improve their call back when people call about supplies or information about companies where you get your supplies. I find that's a problem that I don't hear back from them and I have to call several times.
On my last visit I had a problem that needed to be addressed before surgery the next day. The office fit me in that day and handled the issue with my CPAP immediately. Very thankful that they were so accommodating.
I would like to flip up my, I don't know what you call that little machine. I guess it's, but anyway there's a piece, oh the mouthpiece has come loose and I need to replace it. How do I go about doing that?

Provider was very professional.
My appointment was for 2:15 but the reminder I got said it was for 2:00 so I got there at 1:45 to be 15 minutes early. But I didn't get brought back from the waiting room until 2:50. I had to leave by 3:00 to get to carpool to pick up my child so the provider spent less than 5 minutes with me.
I got information I needed and didn't understand it. All went well.

Good quick service
On more than one occasion, my wife and I were forgotten in the lobby, waiting over an hour. This time myself and several others waited over an hour just to receive supplies. For an office that does not have triage and has patients with sleep issues...this should never happen. If the tech who handles supplies is overwhelmed, someone else should step in to assist. Other than that, very cordial staff.

Very nice, took me 30 minutes earlier than my appointment, explained my sleep apnea machine test results and then was AMAZING about explaining equipment replacement!
The provider that I saw was like a friend I could easily relate to. Conversation was good and all opinions were expressed. Office staff was right on top of their game. I barely sat down before I was called, and all of my needs were cared for and questions answered.
They were very great people and I probably would recommend them to somebody else. That's it.

It can be difficult to reach provider by phone.
Service was better than it was 2 yrs ago. However, I called 4 or 5 times trying different extensions before I got someone to answer the phone. I did get a call in the afternoon from one of the messages I had left in the morning. She made me an appointment for the next day.
A patient came and complained about never getting her calls returned. The front desk did what they could to take care of her. My past experience has been the office/nurse generally don't call back timely. Patients seemed to be packed in the waiting room. I was the 3rd person in line to check out from my appointment. That's not been my experience at other medical appointments.

I had to wait 25 minutes for the NP. I think that was too long. I can't be over. 15 minutes late for the appointment so I shouldn't have to wait for that NP.
Was told to return in 6 weeks but at check out was told it had to be 9 weeks because of no appointments. This office seems to have a large patient load and getting appointments is sometime hard.

The readings they got off of my card wasn't accurate because I use my sleep machine every night and yet I didn't have enough hours for the insurance.
Other than to get my CPap checked I don't even know why I was there.

So to start off with, when you call the office, regardless of whether you're looking for CPAP supplies or an appointment, no one ever seems to answer the phone. When you get there first thing in the morning, it's like herding cattle. They're just interested in getting people in and people out. My insurance pays for me to see a doctor, not a physician's assistant and not a nurse. And they never call you back. And then you get multiple notices for appointments at different times. And when I brought this up at the office, no one could provide a satisfying answer. So the woman that I did see, I felt rushed me through again, didn't answer my questions. They rely on certain questionnaire to determine how well you're sleeping. And they only take 30 days of data. So I use it every day.

I had to wait a while before I saw anyone, but everyone was very courteous. I did get to see Dedra Newton, and she was very thorough about my care, and I was very pleased about that. I had a few questions about my prescription after I got it, but it's probably because it's a new prescription, and the insurance might have said that I had to get it filled every 30 days, instead of a 90-day prescription. Other than that, I was very pleased. Thank you.
