I was seen in a timely manner for my appointment. It only took about 15 minutes. I was put on the schedule for supplies and had to wait at least 45 minutes for supplies. I was acknowledged by the lady in the supply department and she was very nice but I'm not sure what took so long. She did apologize for my wait time and I greatly appreciated that.

The nurse I had seemed agitated. I was not happy to find out finally, at last years visit, that I need to buy a new cpap machine which I've been asking about for at least 2-3 years because mine was Obsolete now. Supplies could not be ordered for this entire past year! I had to go to find them at a wholesale supplier. So they were available-somewhere. Yall didn't seem to care much that my machine wasn't working properly.

My visit to the doctor's office is excellent, it's always excellent. And I really love the experience. I really like the participation that they give you and the ladies in the front office, they're very nice. I have nothing to say bad. I enjoy going to the doctor over there because everybody is like a family over there and it's very, very, very good.
I had to change my original appointment and I tried to call office. Had to leave message (twice) and never received a call back. Called a third time - over a period of a week and was able to talk with someone. The third call was handled professionally and in a timely manner.

The wait was long. I arrived early about 930am for 1015am appointment. Still had not been seen at 1100am. Finally seen at 1115am. Out of the last 3 visits 2 of them I have waited for over an hour. I am now seeing the sleep doctors at the Baton Rouge clinic. Never have a problem there.
Waiting are was overbooked with appointment, it was over 30 minutes before I called to the back. Had to go to desk and inquire as to what was going on.
This experience this year was very good. I have found in the past it is sometimes difficult to get the phone answered or have a question answered by knowledgeable staff. It seems that you've made changes, though, and I'm very pleased with the changes that I've seen.

I don't have an issue with the Louisiana Sleep Foundation. Every time I go in, the receptionist is always nice, is always ... you don't have to wait a long period of time, and the doctors always seem to care about what you have to say. Disappointed ! I called a few days prior to the appointment to see if they still accepted Aetna insurance the lady I spoke with said yes they did. However when I arrived I was informed that they were longer in the Aetna network and that the office visit would not be covered but the supplies would be. They should have told me this when I called so now I will be looking for another provider.
I called more than one time, and I wanted the nurse to talk to the doctor, to change a dosage of my sleeping pill, which pharmacist said is the highest milligram they have. And I am afraid to take that. That high milligram of sleeping, I want them to go down, on the sleeping pill dosage, give me... the less amount of dosage, on my sleeping pill. And I had never heard nobody call me back yet to tell me an answer to that. I need my sleeping pill milligrams reduced to the very, you know lowest they can, you know come in. That's it.

The staff of extremely helpful, especially during my overnight sleep study very quick to get results back and my latest consultation was a follow up to my sleep study. They've already put the order in for the machine that I need. I've already been contacted by the people who provide the machine they related to this sleep doctor, already have been contacted by the sister office that distributes the machine and I am simply awaiting the insurance's approval; so I can go pick it up and work on my improving my overall health and wellbeing.

Staff member getting my CPAP supplies was slow and didn't listen to all the supplies I needed. Getting my supplies required two trips by the staff member and two separate charges. It would have appeared some verification could have been done before the end of my appointment.
The only thing I really don't like is I can't get my supplies there because I have Humana Gold insurance,, it's not fair that I have to run all over town to get my supplies . Thanks
