Loved the doctor. Very personable.
The doctor spent an hour asking questions and writing things down I guess for his own information reminder. I expressed my concerns with him about how my other doctors did not explain things about my health that should have been so I could make better decisions about my health. But I don't feel like I received any answers to the questions I initially went to see him for. I made a return appointment for 2 months but will definitely cancel it.
I really think y'all for all that you have done already I'm glad that I have a great doctor that understands me that take time out and listens thank you.

Dr. Hickson is a remarkable practitioner. He took his time and answered/addressed all of my questions and concerns.
I cannot emphasize enough, how amazing Dr. Hickson was to me on our visit. Especially because the past year I've been treated by other physicians condescendingly I felt as though they never listen to my concerns or minimalize my medical complaints, and I just generally felt unseen, Dr. Hickson completely restored my faith and trust in healthcare providers by simply listening to me and addressing any concern that I had at no point did I feel as though he wasn't genuinely compassionate about providing care to his patients. When I left his office I immediately recommended him to my entire family and friends in the area and when my two sons are old enough, he will hopefully take over their care from the pediatrician. I cannot stress enough to people looking for a PCP how amazing Dr.Hickson was to us. So many aspects of our visit were exemplary in terms of healthcare delivery and quality but a few that stood out were that unlike other doctors visits I've had the past year, at no point did I feel like he was judging me for having a past psychiatric history or being young and having chronic pain. He asked me about what happened and why and took away the looming embarrassment of that history. Sometimes I think as patients we just want to be heard and not judged. I seriously was about to just give up on primary care because of how I was treated this past year and Dr Hickson just proved there's still good, caring, professional Medical providers out there. I just can't praise his approach to care enough and am so thankful I found him as our PCP.
Dr. Hickson is THE BEST! Personable, professional , understanding, compassionate and more! Front staff could use some training, but other than than. Great experience. The MA was very sweet and professional.
Great staff and doctor
Although this was my first visit with Dr. Hickson, he seemed very interested in getting to know my medical history and following up on things that he or I did not understand. I was very pleased and at ease with a new physician at our Livingston office.

I dont have any problems with the medical staff, but I almost always have a problem with one particular front desk worker. This front desk worker is almost always rude to me in the office and/or on the phone.
Best bedside manners! Very Respectful and understanding. Understood everything that was discussed. Hopefully Dr Hickson is around for a long time.
