This office has had some ups and downs when it came to the surgery but hopefully we are on the right track now.

I saw Dr. Bentley for a first consult. First visit impression; I love her. Very pleasant, smiling and respectful. She asked important questions and gave me time to answer. She allowed me and my sister to comment on her responses, and to ask questions about any concerns we had. Overall a great appointment.
I can't wait to get my health back with this surgery. I've known that I needed to do this for years. I trust this provider and can't wait to get started with this process. I'm praying for great results.

Yes, they were able to take care of me and answer my questions that I had and also the lady who spoke with me concerning extra help for medicine, I mean a supplement to take because I was losing a lot of weight. She sent me some stuff in the mail to take when my appetite, I can't eat much so it's a supplement for nutrition. So I did receive what she sent me and I thank Dr. Bentley for all she has done for me.

The Nurse and Doctor showed me so much love and they listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and made me feel safe. Yes, it would be greatly appreciated if I have another surgery in the near future with this practice that I could be sent home with pain medication that leaves me in a manageable amount of pain. Thank you. I was only given low pain medicine to deal with my pain and I can't hold my top of my body weight up. Pain managed, not acceptable.
I love Dr.Bentley, she's always thorough,caring,compassionate, and always do her best to help me.Dr.Bentley will answer questions after a surgical procedure after you go home,I have spoken with her after my surgery and she called me personally after hours,that's why I say ,she is the BEST!!! When in recovery after my surgery, the nurses were phenomenal. That was first time I had been treated that well in the hospital. The staff made sure that I was comfortable and received everything I needed.

Dr Bentley is one of the most personal empathetic and respectful physicians I've been associated with. Immediately made me feel comfortable and I am confident she had my best interest(s) at heart. This was a quick first visit as a referral before surgery. I don't quite know yet about the true end quality of care until after the surgery.

Dr.Bentley was very attentive and she had a very, very well bedside manner,but the staples and stuff, I really would... you all would consider putting some kind of deadening or something before you take the staples out because that's not a pleasant feeling.
