Dr. Kate Freeman brings more than 16 years of clinical experience caring for patients across all stages of life, health, and illness in a wide range of settings. She has cared for women across every life stage, from young adulthood through menopause and beyond. That depth of experience allows her to see the long arc of women’s health and how hormones, metabolism, mood, sleep, cardiovascular risk, and longevity intersect over time.
