I felt like just another face she was treating. I'm not sure if she even came a properly greet me. I wasn't a be patient, she did not tried to build rapport. She looked at charts and figured I suppose, she seen all she needed to know. She was already telling me generic response within 4-5 minutes of the visit "I will see you in 3 months." She did not explore my goals for health or concerns, honestly she was so not invested that I decided not to share concerns that I wanted in the visit, which is a pity because I have to do copays. She didn't seem to care. When she checked my ears she kind of forced the equipment; it hurt and I flinched. She didn't even seem to noticed. I never had that experience with something simple as getting my ears checked. Maybe I wasn't dressed to impress that day, but it be nice if the people you are paying and depending on realize how building rapport, really listening to concerns, and providing meaningful insight or suggestions are important in patient care. I have to feel comfortable with the people I'm depending on to help me maintain or improve my help. I will not be returning to this provider.

My experience is just like they were family to me. They are always nice listen to my concerns and they care about my well being. They tell me what I need to improve my health on. They go over my chart with me, make sure my meds are up to date. Overall this is a great team.

My medical issue was and is a priority to them. All the staff from appointment scheduling to my visit and testing treated me with such caring compassion, friendliness and definitely listened to my concerns and situation as well and being helpful with my situation. Everybody at the office was very polite, they were very patient. Everybody had to listen to what I had to say, and it made me feel like I was a person, not a patient. It was just wonderful. It felt good just to go there and see how they treated me. They were so kind to me. They made me feel so much better. Before I even went in to see the doctor, and the doctor, she listened to everything I had to say, and she was very, very patient. And I'm so glad to have her as my doctor.

On my Visit The Arriver Time was A Little Confusing. My Texted Appt. Said one thing & Nurse said Different. I waited about 45 minutes before I was Called to the Back. I was told my Nurse that I came to Early.About 4 or 5 Clients went before me. My Blood Pressure was Elevated High.

I feel like the provider was amazing, but I do feel like the atmosphere in the office needs to change. The walls, I feel like there needs to be an update in the offices in Baton Rouge. They're very old looking, walls are yellow, old equipment. I just feel like that needs to be updated, but the provider was amazing.

Yes, I appreciated it so much. It was a new meaning for me with this doctor that waited on me. She listened to everything I had to say and everything that she asked was very understandable. And I loved the wait because she didn't take all day and she didn't mind putting her hands on me, feeling my feet where I had the gout there. She didn't mind putting her hands and checking me out. Then she took her kindness and wrapped my feet with her hands. And I was most happy and understand the wait that she did. I would always keep her. I would love for her to be my doctor. Thank you.
