About Me

Kristin West, RD, LDN, CDCES earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics from Louisiana State University and completed her dietetic internship at North Oaks Health system. Kristin has been a licensed dietitian since August 2012 and has practiced at Baton Rouge General since April 2013. She is a certified diabetes and education specialist who enjoys helping individuals master their blood sugar control. Kristin is passionate about helping others understand the relationship between food and all aspects of health and coaching individuals to work towards their personal health goals through healthy eating.
