I thought everything was great. I was very satisfied with the doctor's comments on my blood work and the quickness of the lab feedback and results. And I enjoyed how they were posted. I was sent a text that was very easy to follow to get a look at my charts and everything else. Everything else was a great experience.
I saw the nurse practitioner. She said she'd call in something for the pain in my wrist. The pharmacy said they were never contacted. I decided to do without and didn't follow up.

Lauren Guidry, NP is hands down the best medical person I have ever experienced. I don't usually care for going in for medical anything- Lauren has always been so personable, friendly, caring and helpful that I enjoyed when I had to go in. I never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen.

I had the best experience with Lauren Guidry. She always listens to my issues and works to figure out how to get the root of my pain to find the best possible solutions. She's also very responsive when I reach out with questions regarding medications or any other issues I may have. Lauren is very knowledgeable about a wide range of things, and she will refer you other doctors as needed. She's been a great fit for me. I'm always happy to recommend her when people ask who I see.

I wish I would've known that my doctor was not going to be see me and that I would be seeing a physicians assistant. The PA was fantastic, but I just wish I had known that my doctor was not going to be there. if I was told or if that information was communicated, I don't remember seeing it.
Once I got called back the wait for the doctor was less than 5 minutes. Lauren was great will definitely schedule to see her again.
