She was very nice, and checked all the boxes. She gave me Information that I needed to know for my continued health in gynecology. I was happy l got to see her today.

Does anyone really enjoy the PAP screen or mammogram? That being said, seriously, though, the staff here are awesome. My provider, Laiche, was kind and easy to talk to. She listened, she heard, and she saw me as a person, not just a patient.

I was blown away by the service I received. The front desk people were so polite and kind. The nurse was kind and listened to me carefully. The nurse practitioner that I saw educated me on everything. Made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel like she judged me for the silly questions that I had . And I had a lot . Never felt more comfortable at a doctor's appointment before . So glad I chose this office.

I truly enjoyed my nurse practitioner. Next time I get a Pap smear I would like the plastic spectrum used. I do not like the metal spectrums. My nurse practitioner was wonderful and I will be seeing her again.

Nurse Practitioner Lauren (or Laury I am unsure) was very sweet. I was having a bad day. Lauren noticed and asked if everything was okay. I told her no. Being able to see something was wrong and showing concern was enough for me. I must say my experience was heart felt.

I came for my regular yearly appt and was sent for bloodwork, mammogram and ultrasound due to a lump my NP found. Every single staff member I came into contact with was friendly, professional and made the experience so much easier. All of the procedures were done quickly and efficiently.
Lauren the MA was phenomenal!! She made me feel great while reviewing my chart and she's definitely had a great personality. Mrs Lauren NP, I was amazed how she listened carefully and was able to get me a treatment plan going for my issue. She is so sweet and it's very rare you find staff that's caring enough to personalize your appointment due to having anxiety issues. All around, the services provided was immaculate!

Lauren Laiche was extremely nice and respectful. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure I was aware of everything that was going to happen during the visit. The only negative thing was that finding the actual office was a bit difficult. There was no clear directions as to where I would go, and I didn't realize I needed to walk through the actual hospital to get to the office. I would strongly recommend providing clearer instructions on how to get to the office, especially for first time patients that aren't sure on where to go. This can prevent further confusion, and allow for patients to get to their appointments on time.
