The duty nurses and all the staff were extremely friendly, happy, and upbeat. I enjoyed my stay for that reason. Especially the people who were performing my test. I felt like I was able to connect with them and form a relationship. This is important to someone in the hospital because a lot of times you feel unseen. But that was not the case with Baton Rouge General. The only complaint I have is that it took a really long time to get me into a room. We stayed in the halls and didn't get into a room till about 1 o'clock. I had arrived around two in the afternoon.

My husband and I both went in and we were treated with respect and Dr. Lexi listened to everything and she was willing to work with us. In whatever we questioned and we wanted to do, she would think about it and she's definitely very patient with older patients. I appreciated that.

This was my first time to see this doctor and I felt like she took the time to look at my medical records and asked lots of questions and showed concern and care
Came in as a transfer from another provider as my old provider is no longer practicing at this clinic. Paid my copay and did all the information with the nurse just to find out at the appointment the provider doesnt treat this condition. Although the provider was nice I feel like that appointment was a waste of a copay.

I have ADHD and I tend to ramble on sometimes, but all of the staff at 3401 North Blvd BR General are so welcoming when you walk up to check in for your appointment from the front desk to all of the nurses and especially the doctors even someone like myself like I said I tend to ramble on and most of the time I over explain myself often, the doctors bless their hearts they all have sat there and listened to me and never made me feel as if they didn't care. You can tell all of the staff here truly love their jobs, but none of them act like it's a job so much I mean yes their all very professional always and delightful to converse with and I feel truly blessed to be a patient here and be around such warm hearted people who are truly happy to help others. Thank you so much to all of the staff members at BR General, never have I experienced such selfless professionals, the reason I used selfless is because they've all endured my ramblings that I am certain can be annoying to others at times, but none of the staff members ever made me feel inadequate in the many years I've attended this establishment.
