About Me

Dr. Lorene Wiley grew up in a small town in North Louisiana. She earned both a BS and MS in Chemistry from Southern University and A&M College. She received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Wiley completed a family medicine internship at Baton Rouge General Medical Center prior to completing her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at East Carolina University/Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. Following residency, Dr. Wiley moved to Orange County, CA where she provided general obstetrics and gynecology care to the community.

Dr. Wiley is passionate about providing comprehensive women’s healthcare. Her professional interests include both uncomplicated and high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecological surgeries (including Da Vinci robotics), infertility, and adolescent/teen gynecology. Dr. Wiley is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

My child and I had an excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, the nurse and medical staff were attentive, and Dr. Wiley was extremely thorough. They created a comfortable environment and communicated clearly about my daughters concerns and care plan. My daughter left feeling informed and supported.

the entire staff was friendly from the lady at reception to the nurse and to Dr. Wiley and the lady who helped check me out. I'm so glad I switched from my previous OB to Dr. Wiley. I got the service and attention that I had been missing for the past few years. So I'm excited to be a new patient of hers and I can't wait to recommend it to friends.

"This was a wonderful experience. It was so important to be seen by a physician who was both knowledgeable and genuinely understood my needs. Dr. Wiley is top-notch-professional, polite, and incredibly courteous. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care from a compassionate physician. The front desk and nurse was kind and courteous as well. I liked the fact that I could get everything done in one place: labs, mammogram, etc. It was easy to get in and out.

This was my first appointment with BRG obgyn, must say it felt as if I had been here before. The nurse was great & the doctor was so down to earth, felt like I was talking with someone I been knew.
