This whole office is kind and understanding and treats the patients with total respect...Dr. Louis is always forthright and knowledgeable about my condition and gives me honest and effective feed back on my treatment plan...we don't always agree but he understands from a human perspective and goes on from there...love these people

Dr Minsky is proactive in my health care. Being an MDVIP, he does extra prescreening tests that regular MD's do not. In addition, being an MDVIP, he has less patients allowing more time for his patients. He met with me for over an hour explaining my test results and a plan moving forward. He answered all my questions professionally, compassionately and with upmost knowledge. Big perk is I have his cell phone number and he does answer/return my calls!

Even when I called him at 4:00 in one morning with a problem, he kindly says that he was up when I know that I woke him out of a sound sleep. I can send him pictures of my injuries and he guides me on what to do & has even met me at his office to stitch my leg before hours. For the first time I felt that my provider and I had conflicts. We remembered what was said at former visits in different ways. I think he didn't believe me. Maybe he didn't mean this but I felt he thought I was exaggerating my problem. I actually was teary when I left.
