Just wish the take home sleep kit was more affordable with my insurance

2 ladies were rude to me and when they called bcbs to verify my insurance was valid even though I tried to explain to them I left the job that insurance was through 2 years ago and to please use my Medicaid...I was told after calling bcbs that the provider that called hung up on her when she tried to tell them who to contact to end the insurance so they would take my Medicaid.

I always have to wait a long time before seeing the person I had an appointment with. His time 30 minutes.

The person who was supposed to "explain" insurance scenarios was not very pleasant and spent about three minutes with me, looking at me like I was not too bright when I asked a clarifying question. Maybe she was just having an off day...but she should be more patient with the patients when there are questions involved.
