This is my first time here in Battle of Living Here and I needed to find a new provider. Marquita was so excellent in understanding and listening to my needs. I was scared of changing to a new doctor because Mice retired, but she made me feel at ease and I will go to her again.
I love the whole staff there from the check in person to the nurses and the doctor I was Dr Smith 1st patient after my 1st visit there my whole family comes there my mother my father my sister & my daughter she's grown & now my two teenager boys we all love them dearly...they the best #1 in our book the whole staff
First of all, the nurse practitioner, and her LPN was fantastic. She was fantastic. Listened to everything. I would highly recommend both of them. And y'all were smart to hire both of them at Baton Rouge General.

I have some issues that I have dealt with for a long time and Marquita Smith always figures out the issue or refers me to someone who can. She shows care and consideration. She's amazing.
The staff is always very helpful, friendly and courteous at all times including phone calls. They are the best and it's strange to say but I enjoy my visits it's like seeing old friends because we always have laughs and small talk.
I was very satisfied with every aspect of my visit. I am so glad I made the choice to switch my PCP to FNP Smith. I didn't feel like I was being dismissed or rushed out of the office. FNP Smith really listened to all of my concerns. I felt much better after my visit. I feel like I finally have someone that has a plan of action for me to start feeling better again. This is the best doctor office I have ever been to. Everyone is so respectable. Everyone is so nice. I got seen in a timely manner. All my questions were answered. My diagnosis was right. Everything about the office is just great. Every employee at the office is great, and Marquita is amazing.

I had been sick for 2 weeks & had trouble during holidays seeing my doctor. Stopped by office& spoke with receptionist. She said they were completely booked as they had only 1 doctor. She went to speak with someone else. When she returned, she said Ms Smith would see me. Everyone was so nice & helpful. Dr Smith was very thorough & super nice. She gave me 2 shots & some antibiotics for my sinus infection. I am already feeling better today & started my antibiotics. She even recommended an OTC allergy medicine I could take daily to help prevent some of my sinus issues. I would definitely recommend her & the Brusly BRG Physicians Group.

She listens to understand what you needs are before she starts making suggestions and/or adding medications to your daily regimen. Yeah, y'all, my doctor, I was very pleased with the provider, the nurse practitioner I see, Dr. Smith. I would recommend her. She's very sweet and kind. She took her time, and that's the kind of doctor I need, who takes her time and tells you the right things that you're doing.
Every time I have gone into the office, the reception is very nice. The nurses, the nurse practitioner, everybody, they answer my questions and they treat me well. I recommend several people to go there and they've been well pleased with the service.

Tbh :) I would like to say this is the first time ever going to a doctors office and not just have the nurse brush me off ! She actually listened & my lab results came back stating that things are actually wrong with my body! Previous people that I went to just try to give me a "diagnosis" and say I was healthy when I wasn't . They checked my blood pressure & heart beat all the time and said things are good without checking! But this provider definitely ran test on me & cared !!!

Ms. Smith is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is the reason I am getting my breast reduction after so long of fighting doctors, telling them that, hey, my breast is causing back problems and things like that. They just didn't want to believe me. They thought I was over exaggerating. And it just, I want to cry. It just warms my heart that she actually took her time to pay attention to me and understand and see, that she seen and seen the pain I was actually going through. So for that, I'm very grateful for her. I love her, even though I just met her. She's one of the sweetest doctors I have ever met. She's funny. It's like I could bond with her at a doctor's office and outside a doctor's office. And I truly appreciate everything she's done for me, everything she's gonna do for me. And I just can't wait for her to see the results of her blessing and her work that she helped me get to.
