My insurance nearly dropped you guys, or you guys nearly dropped them, and I was fully prepared to continue to see Meghan as a cash pay patient. But we found out that you guys were able to strike up a deal, so that worked out. But I was prepared to pay cash pay to see Meghan four times a year.

Yes, I was just, the only feedback I have is when we have to cancel or reschedule, it's hard to get back in with the provider for months. I mean, I know wait times and stuff, but I mean, when someone's ill, it's just really hard to get in there to see them. That would be the only thing I would say change.

I was sad to see my last provider leave, unsure of who would take her place. I absolutely love Dr Meghan Gunness!! She listens to everything I tell her going on with my health and she is determined to get me some answers!! She's is great!!
My only thing is everything was perfect. It was just after my lab, then my results came in, and the nurse never called to tell me with the new medications that were being prescribed to me what I needed to stop and start taking. An email was sent in through my portal and was never answered. I was going from a $3 medicine to a $60 medicine with no explanation of why I was being changed from the medications I was on. And there was an added cholesterol pill that I wasn't sure if I was supposed to take it. With the cholesterol pill I was taking at the time, I stopped taking that one and started the new one. I wasn't sure about all that. Still not really sure, waiting on a response from the nurse.
Meghan Gunness is exceptional. She's the only reason why I come to your facility. Your office staff could use some more training with the way they answer the phone, the hold times, etc. But again, the provider is excellent. I have recommended her to numerous people. Four other people in my household use her and I will continue to do so. Thank you.
