Your office had some technology (information systems) problems which impeded the lab staffs' ability to receive direction from the nurse. Based on my previous experiences with the lab, the wait time is ususally about 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting 30 to 35 minutes, I inquired as to the delay. Once I inquired, the staff explained the IT difficulty and the process was completed in 10-12 minutes. Technology is great when it works! ?

My visit was for an annual physical, Dr. Yorek picked up on an acute issue that had been nagging me for a few weeks, and immediately started me on a treatment regimen separate from the renewal of my medications for my ongoing health issues. I always feel comfortable in this office with this doctor and the NP's and various nurses, as well as the phlebotomists who collect the samples needed . I also appreciate the fact that I have the option for other providers at this clinic when Dr. Yorek is not available.

Well, to start with, my appointment was on time. The nurse came in and took my blood pressure, so on and so forth. The doctor came in and retook my blood pressure. And we talked, and he got on the computer and went all through my recent medical history and set me up for some blood work, which I was due. Checked my shots and all that stuff and everything was fine. And Dr. Yorek is a very fine physician as far as I'm concerned. I like him a lot. He's very cordial. He's thorough. And I'm glad he's my doctor. And that's about it. Thank you.

I only see Dr Yorek once a year for my annual checkup. He knows me when he walks in and the first thing he does is sit and just chat. He doesn't get into the medical part until later in the visit when all is comfortable. Amazing bedside manner! Don't lose him!

Dr. Yorek was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable of my medical history. I was impressed when I realized that he reviewed my medical history the day before my appointment. He exhibited the willingness to get to the systemic cause of what was creating my discomfort. He prescribed medication that did exactly what he said it would do. My symptoms decreased and for the first time in 12 days I was able to feel some relief. He made me feel secure about my prognosis after explaining in detail what was going on with my body and how it should respond to the treatment he was providing vs. what had been done previously by other healthcare providers. His willingness to bring me in his office and thoroughly showing me his plan of care was something that from a health professional, I was not accustomed to. He came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. I left the office highly impressed and feeling assured that he would be able to help me get my medical, physical, emotional and mental limitations to a level where I can began to live a healthier, functional lifestyle again. He displayed both sympathy and empathy and exudes what a health care professional is supposed to demonstrate to their patients. His yearning desire to help me feel better, started by just listening and answering all of my worst and best case scenarios. He put me at ease by reiterating that we both have an invested interest in my health. The goal is to get better but we have to treat my current symptoms from the inside out first before we can address the other concerns. We now have a road map and we have to carefully navigate each stop until we reach our destination. Referrals were done without delay. There weren't false promises, a play on words or my insecurities just hard truths and the willingness to make me feel comfortable that we were on the right track and no stone will be overlooked. I now have a sense of hope that I have found a doctor that has a vested interest in actually wanting to make sure that I'm comfortable and that we can work together to achieve maximum outcome with my overwhelming health challenges. I must add, I was very hesitant about returning to the clinic because my previous experience with the office gave me pause because of the distain and treatment I received many years prior. I'm so glad that I didn't allow my experience to overshadow my desire to address my stat health needs and to seek emergency medical clarity. I'm feeling confident and have high expectations that I've found a healthcare facility to address my complicated health challenges. Time will tell but I think I'm on the right path.

Check in was very timely. Was called by nurse within 15 minutes. Seen by doctor after vitals was taken in 10 minutes. Doctor greeted me when he entered the room. He listened to what I said. All responses were favorable. Very good to see him, always very caring to me as a patient.

Only issue I had was the wait time to get my lab work completed. One three occasions I had other people who came into the lab waiting area get called before me. Per the sign in the waiting area, after 15 minutes I notified my doctor's nursing station who said they would check into it. After returning to the waiting area, I waited approximately another 10 minutes where another person who was seated after my return to the waiting area was called by the lab technician before me. Don't know where the ball was dropped but waiting almost a half-hour for lab work is unacceptable.
Parking was horrible. Had to walk a far distance on uneven rocky road.

This was my first time visiting this office and Doctor and he did more in one day than I've seen some office get done in a month. He was very patience, understanding, he listen and what I found to be awesome he made sure all my shots was updated because of my age and my job type, and by me neglecting myself not keeping or seeing my female Dr's he gave me a list of Dr's that works with and through out their office gave me the site name so i could go and make my choice after briefly recommending and giving me history on some of the lady Dr's because I requested a female. After that My Doctor Dr Yorek did all of my referrals that I had issues with the very same day and ive already got started on taking better care of myself. He's a good Dr because I definitely left his office feeling much better and confident that I was in the right hands and place to be cared for. I would and will recommend others to him. I THANK HIM and GOD BLESS him and his staff. His staff makes you very comfortable and see to you having everything that you need before leaving that office.
