She did a nice job. She checked all my levels and told me I got to stay away from white bread, I got to eat more healthy, stay away from fried food. So she did an excellent job.

Could you please make sure lab techs have adequate help and resources. I spent nearly an hour getting labs drawn because the tech in the clinic was by herself and no one came to help her. Plus she said she was still in training. Not good to have a trainee by themselves no matter how skilled they are or how much previous experience they have. When it got close to her having to clock out she offered me and 4 other patients the option to go to the hospital lab to get our blood drawn or she said we could come back another day. She should have offered those options as soon as she saw there were 5 of us waiting and it was close to 4:30. Coming back another day was not an option for me because I had already taken off work for the appointment. You should also have better lighting in the hospital lab. When I got there I was served immediately so there was no issues with the staff friendly and patient. But the overhead light fixtures do not provide enough light to see. I am normally an easy person to stick but she could not see the vein - poor lighting. You should have a lamp so the tech can position it to light the arm where she is trying to draw blood from. Make their job easier to do please. Regardless everyone was nice and professional in their treatment of me so I do not have any complaints about your staff. It was your operations and infrastructure that caused issues. Do not blame the staff.

The provider did not take the time to listen to me. She left the room and said she would be back after putting some lab in and she never returned. I waited for sometime before the nurse tech showed up with my papers she ordered medication that she did not discuss with me and she ordered lab that she did not discuss with me

Mrs. Hilliard didn't know didn't know anything about my condition. She asked me why I was taking alburtol. I said because I've had asthma my whole life and then why was I taking gabapentin. I said because I have neuropathy for 8 yrs. Then she knew nothing about my knee pain. She is the worst Dr. Ever. I finally am getting a new primary. I am so upset...

It was my first time at this doctor. I'm a new patient. It was a very good experience. She made me very comfortable. She answered all my questions good. And that is the only reason I couldn't answer anything about having six months prior, you know, business with them because this was my first time. And it was very, very helpful. And they also called me back today and told me some stuff. I had to go pick up a prescription today. Matter of fact, I'm just picking up the prescription. And I called back to ask some questions that I thought of after the fact. And they helped me very well. I would recommend anyone to go to them.

It is very important to me to get to know my provider and for my provider to get to know who I am. Providers see and treat many patients. I feel if we have a good rapport with each other it will help me to feel comfortable and freely discuss my health and they can better treat my issues. And that is a good experience.

The nurse practitioner rushed, the visit not clearly understanding my concerns told me that this was a wellness visit and not a stick business. It should have been a sick visit since I had so many concerns about my health.

Bad experience with murse practitioner. Didn't seem to want to hear me out or help me. Told me to go to referral doctors on my first visit. Now I feel bad and worried about referral several people here. I pray they get better service than I. My mom is a patient there and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this doctors office. I was pleased when she would constantly say how much she love it there. I advised what medications I am on and also and Gave my history. My mom came from the exact same doctor that I was going to transfer from and same situation somewhat and she wasn't treated in this manner. Not trying to put anyone down I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I listen to my customers. Maybe it was just a bad day not sure. It just was a bad experience for me.

This visit was straight forward.
Everyone was was great
Provider did not check vitals or even touch patient. We answered a bunch of questions and was sent to the lab. Will only see primary care physician in the future.

THE YOUNG LADY WHO CHECK ME IN, I ASK HER NAME MEDS I AM ON MAKES WITH MY MEMORY, BUT SHE WAS SO NICE SHE HAD A SMILE THAT MET YOU AT THE DOOR. ANYBODY THAT WASN'T HAVIN A GOOD DAY, SHE MADE THERE DAY WITH THAT SMILE. SHE HAD THE SAME SMILE WHEN I LEFT OUT.
The NP was so extremely dry and distant it was sore and uncomfortable to experience. She showed no interest in me or why I was there. We may have spoken less than a dozen words to one another. I had other issues I wanted to get helps with including mental health issues but I didn't even feel comfortable enough to bring them up nor did she ever ask if I needed help with anything else. I don't think she ever even looked me in the face. I will never see her again.
Thanks for the consideration that was given during my visit. Provider listened to me and took the necessary steps to assist me with my medical issue.
Everything is always beef with me, with old people, with my people put it that way. I'm thankful. You all have a nice weekend or whatever and I am very pleased with the service I get from them so you all have a nice life.

I believe ones attitude counts 100 percent. The take in nurse was exceptional nice with a pleasant attitude. I have a problem with being real nervous but her personality just calm the room. I think it's a natural and not made up !!

I saw the nurse practitioner. My blood pressure was extremely high but they gave me nothing for it. Their advice was to go to ER. I had already been to ER 2 days ago. I told her I was in extreme pain and it wasn't really addressed. I had to tell her to order an MRI. She's the health care provider but didn't think about that. I even told her that my blood pressure medicine caused leg cramps and she said she'd give me a potassium pill but she didn't. She was nice but it wasn't a very good visit.
