Dr Graphia did excellent with procedure.... The follow up was not great... we saw his PA (or NP).... We waited over 30 minutes (maybe longer) for her to come in and she was literally in there less than 5 minutes... that's a hard visit/wait for an elderly patient that's recovering. Office staff was excellent!
I will not be returning. I did not see Dr. Graphia. I saw a "Dr. Weaver" after a very long wait. I was at the office more than 3 hours. I realize that emergencies happen, but I am a healthcare retiree, and when the waiting room is clogged, patient waits are unreasonable, etc., it is a sign of a poorly-run clinic. I will be getting care from CVT in the future.

He recommended a hand surgeon if circulation issues persisted. MRI was good.
2 1/2 hours is a bit much for an appointment. I didn't get to meet the doctor I made the appointment with.
Leave me some money I can take home. I go there broke all the time. You don't have nothing, no snacks around, nothing. Snacks out or just leave some money. I can buy something when I go home and get myself. Other than that, you'll do all right.
The LSU Student Health Center referred me to this practice and got me an appointment on the same day. The first time patient processing at the front desk was expedient and straightforward. The ultrasonographer was very professional and helpful throughout my appointment. She explained what the ultrasound showed and immediately found a doctor on staff to see me after difficulty contacting my original provider. The doctor I saw had excellent bedside manner, asked me about my personal medical history and relevant family medical history, and performed a quick exam. He explained my diagnosis and treatment plan in an easy to understand way, told me when my follow up would be, and sent me home with a small supply of medication so I could start treatment while I wait for my pharmacy to fill my prescription. Overall a wonderful experience.
Tell people to bring a jacket to the appointments as the unit is extremely cold.
I really appreciated the support staff of this office sometimes the doctor visit is overshadowed by a non-caring staff but here the Dr and staff work in harmony for pleasant and helpful visit

We are totally satisfied with The Baton Rouge General. We were with Our Lady of the Lake for many years and were dissatisfied.
The Staff is very concerned with ensuring my understanding of all facets of my care.
Office staff seemed preoccupied w other interests and Dr used very highly technical and advanced medical terms to explain my health. He was hard to understand as to what I have and what I can do about it.. I waited almost 2 hrs to be seen
Thus appointment was done in a timely manner. However, the free screening a week prior took a very look time to see someone. Although the advertisement gives the impression of 15 minutes. Other than that, everyone was wonderful. My follow up I didn't wait long to be seen so that was good.
I was not pleased with this experience. I paid 60 dollar Copayment for this visit thinking that I would finally meet Dr. Graphia. The ultrasound was performed, then I was sent back in the waiting area. I was finally called and escorted in the back, answered questions from nurse. She told me the doctor would be in shortly. After about ten minutes, the PT came in and went over my ultrasound results, and told me I was free to go. I didn't have a problem with her, it's just that I was expecting the doctor and not the PT. They could have at least been transparent with me. I was very disappointed about this visit.
Everything has always been great with Dr. Graphia's office, his personnel, everything is fine. I'm perfectly satisfied. Thank you.
The Provider, if different, should review the payment history before visiting with them. I didn't remember all the issues with my procedure from years ago. I was questioned about it .
I was very pleased with Dr. Graphia. He was very warm and welcoming and he had a good manner because he listened to what I had to say. He listened to what my daughter had to say. So I was very, very pleased with him.

Yes, the provider that I saw, that was the first time I saw him. I believe he may have been filling in. He was a very pleasant interaction. He explained things well. He was very upbeat, positive. He was able to reassure me and allow me to look at different pictures that they break down on my test and what not. I really enjoyed the experience with him.
The 4th floor nursing team, need work on their patients care. They are not prompt in what they do. Some are nice. But most are rude.

The wait time . Our appointment was for 9:15 didn't got to ultrasound until 10:30 then was put back in waiting room for another 20 minutes then once we got to room we waited another 45 minutes to see doctor.

I'm not sure but maybe the appointments were over booked. The appointment was for 10:15 and we left around 12:15 I could hear some of the people getting restless.
There was a wreck on the interstate and I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. They were very understanding and still saw me in a timely manner. Very much appreciated!

It took two and a half hours and that was pretty bad, but they gave me a good reason, something with the computer system. I really don't think that that would be normal, that it would be that long. I just think it's one of those things. I was happy with everybody else, so that wouldn't stop me from coming there again. If it was like that every time, that would be one thing, but I think it was just one of those things. Other than that, everybody was really nice and knew what they were talking about and was super nice, and I would definitely trust coming back there.
