The front desk is professional and quick. Dr. Sugarman's nurse is thorough and knowledgeable. It is evident that Dr. Sugarman takes time to review my chart prior to coming in the room, this makes it much easier to address all of my concerns. I am able to book appointments same day if needed and after check in, I never have to wait beyond my appointment time.

Had a visit with Dr. Sugarman, who I've been seeing as a primary physician for awhile. He's very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Before my last visit, I researched hard about what ailment I was experiencing and narrowed it down to one and after explaining my symptoms to him, he knew right away what it was and it was spot on, prescribed me what I needed and within a day I felt better. On multiple occasions he's offered samples that I could use as an adjunct. He's always explained first line medications, given me options, and let me choose depending on what I think would work best for me. He's also open to suggestions if I think a different medication would suit me better. Messages on MyChart are always answered in a timely manner either by him or his assistants. And side note, being a pharmacist, I really appreciate that he always inserts diagnosis codes on prescriptions without fail. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is very knowledgeable and really listens and is excellent at explaining treatment options. He is very detail oriented and always follows up in a very timely manner regarding anything we discuss. I was happy that Dr. Sugarman was open to Chinese herbal medicine since I am wary of big pharma after Covid. I was using Wood Lock on my broken ankle and seeing positive results. I'd like to replace other drugs I'm taking with other herbal and dietary alternatives.
Dr Sugarman's normal nurse was off - so another nurse was filling in - you could definitely tell she wasn't happy about it . She wasn't rude but was rushed and not very friendly - Dr Sugarman was great as always .
