So what I would like to say about this provider is that each time I've walked into the office, I've always felt valued. I've always felt like I was first priority in my doctor's visit. They listen to you. They pay attention to you. They do everything to make you comfortable in being in the office, so especially Walking in there just feels so spiritual and God-fearing up in there, some God-fearing people that work at the office. With that being said, I just enjoy being there because I don't have to worry about people being fake. I don't have to worry about people pretending. Everything just seems so genuine and real.

I found out at the last minute that I needed to have my father at the hospital for 10:30 and my appointment was at 9:30. The staff moved my appointment to 8:00 and made sure I was done early. I had a complete work up and had ample time with the staff. Very accommodating!!

When the nurse left the room @0930, it was 0950 before the NP came in. What is the purpose of seeing an NP when she gets the Doctor to come in and double-check what she has done? I have never been anywhere that this is done. If the NP sees you, they see you and leave; you don't wait for the doctor to come see you then. Don't get me wrong, Dr Padgett is great, but some of us have other things to do besides sitting in a room for 45 minutes to see a nurse, then the NP, and finally the doctor.
From the Front desk , every step everyone treats you with respect, and Dr. Padgett and Nurse Practitioner, they know what your health should be, I give them a 100 for the whole office

I found that the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office was clean, the bathroom was super clean, and they truly cared. I have several members of my family that attend there, and we all were impressed about how loving and caring they are about their patients.
Everything goes smoothly. Most testing is done in office and promptly. I received test some of the test results that same afternoon and the rest with a follow up call the next day.
