I am a new patient and Russell Landry and his associates will be a welcome new primary care practitioner. I had a very pleasant and informative visit.
Everyone was so lovely, I was lucky enough to be visited by a lovely med student whose name unfortunately is escaping me but I got to learn along side her! Both RNs were kind, helpful, informative, and I'm already feeling better from the treatment they prescribed.

My usual Dr. was off, but another doctor was available and they were able to schedule me in in at the last minute. Dr. Landry was very pleasant and explained all that was going to happen. I truly had a great experience!
Dr. Landry was patient and not in a rush. He stayed and was very informative. He made no effort to hurry and get out of the room. He was kind and helpful and addressed every question I had.

I was able to get an appointment in one day and I was thrilled about that due to the intense pain in my lower back. I've already seen an improvement and we have a long-term plan which was encouraging. The fact that Russel didn't just medicate the problem and we actually have a healing plan, encouraged me.
In and out quickly, got the medicine i needed in a hurry.

The providers really care about you. And it shows! They treat you like a person not like a patient. Ease your worries about your illness and let you know that everything will be fine. I love that they take the time themselves to walk you to the area if you need any labs and always caring and listening

Let me be clear the NP was fine. I will not be returning to see the MD. I was a hospital follow up visit for a serious illness. The MD did not come into the room at all to follow up with me. Discuss the condition or elevate any of the concerns I have. I understand you all met your matrix- hospital follow ups to be seen in 5 to 10 days to receive your payment. But I felt disregarded. Especially with seeing him in the clinic visiting other clients in their room. Not sure if it was my age or the race but I am still not clear on why the MD did not come into the room. I will not return and I will to find a provider that looks like me - as I seem to understand now how truly important that is to my health and well being.
My overall experience was great. I saw Russel Landry, FNP. I was so impressed by his warm caring and professional personality. I was very nervous about my health care and he was very positive and reassuring. My outlook is very different about moving forward with a lifestyle change. I would highly recommend him.
