Very friendly staff and clean facility. I didnt have to wait long and NP Sarah was so caring about my needs and the way she makes visit so comfortable is a plus!

I had a little bad experience this morning. The nurse, the reception, she was kind of little rude. I was just asking about to schedule an appointment, which I was not well. But she was just little not ready to cooperate. So I have to give a little lower point for the lady. She needs to understand that if a patient is requesting an appointment, that means something is wrong. A person is now well. I hope she improves on this quality. Thank you.

Well, let me start out that she's a great listener. And she lets you talk, and she not just listen to you just to hear you, she really listens to you and help you analyze. She works with you. She cares about what you feel and what the problem is. And she listens to you, and she asks you questions about it before she gets to a fast conclusion. And that is awesome. That helps me a lot. That helps us all a lot. And I'm really impressed with her.
The office personnel could not have been nicer or friendlier. Everyone made me feel welcome. The NP took her time and made me feel at ease. She was very thorough and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed. The lab tech was very good. I never felt a needle stick.
Sarah is a gem....she is very thorough and extremely compassionate. She found a heart murmur with my mom and set her up with a cardiologist and he found several things wrong. We would've never known if Sarah had not caught it. We absolutely love her.

office staff did not allow me to stand somewhere else since there was news on the radio and they did not seem to listen to my concerns or on the TV and they did not seem to care that I had issues with there being news on the TV. It would just be nice if they were a little bit more considerate of people wanting to stand somewhere else besides the waiting room if they have a very divisive news program on the TV.
Always courteous and treat us as we were family.

Sarah is very thorough and very caring and knowledgeable. I recently had a TIA and had lots of questions and she explained everything to me on my level and suggested me to see a neurologist and will make that referral for me. They are always on top of things for their patients.

The day before I was told to call the next morning a few minutes before 8:00am. So I did. I even then I wasn't going to be aloud because they had booked up as the receptionist and I were speaking. I was told to go to the emergency or urgent care. I reminded her I had called the day before. She ended the call, called back and asked me to be there in 30 minutes. Hard to get in, but I really appreciate it. That helped a lot and saved me a doctor 's fee.

The provider was very kind and patient and listened very closely to what I had to say and seemed genuinely concerned to help me find the answers that I needed.
The lab did not run my A1C, it was ordered but test result was not ran when I went to my appointment. The nurse practitioner did get it for me and called me to give me the results.
They were all polite and the test result were catergorized and had a summary of the results.
I really appreciate that she took time with me and listened to everything. She was super, super nice and very friendly and just took care of everything that I needed and I appreciate that.

I'm glad that I got to the office, I had the flu, but thought that it was a sinus infection. She tested me for flu and Covid, instead of making a diagnosis based on my symptoms.
