The second, I mean, the people sit at the front desk and the nurses should talk to you and respond, but they don't. When you call and ask about a question, they don't. When you ask them to fax over the blood work, what you need to get done or get taken from to get your blood work to come to the doctor. They don't. They don't return your phone call. They don't put your name on the is anybody cancellation list. And they don't never threat to call you back and let you know they have someone canceled to get you in there to see the doctor.

Everything was great except for check out. I had to wait until the employee looked up from the video she was watching on her phone and she didn't seem like she was having a good day.
Waited over 50 minutes for the doctor to come in, then he has some other Dr take my history to wait another 30 minutes for the Dr I had the appointment with to return. Then he didn't really listen to what I had to say or let me explain all of my issues. Just said here, take this medicine and come back in 3 months. Very discouraging.
I would like to see a better feedback from the nurse, better sense of caring and listening, kind of nonchalant and dismiss a lot of things. I know that's the connection to the doctor is very important. So that's something that I'm uncomfortable with. Thank you.

However, he came in with a warm demeanor, he looked through my medical profile and discussed my history, he reviewed my medications, and read my physical therapist's documentation. This was promising and we discussed our plan of action moving forward in detail. When I left his office I felt launched, inspired, encouraged, and supported by my provider.
