First visit w/ Dr Spinks to replace my GP of 35 ish yrs. I was very relieved. I like & respect Dr Spinks already. I can't remember his nurse name but she was great too.
Everything was really well. The only problems I had was no one hardly picked up, I guess, at the office. It kept going to the main Baton Rouge general or whatever. It didn't go to the office directly. They I think were a little shorthanded that day I found out, so it's not a big deal.
From the time I entered I was greeted with a smile. The staff was awesome and Dr. Spinks was amazing. He was very patient and he listened to what I had to say. So glad that this will be the home of my new medical family. I would highly recommend this office.

I just really like that doctor's office. It is nice and comfortable to go to. It's not overcrowded like the ones that are near the hospital or in the hospital. It's really laid back and I love Dr. Spinks. He's awesome. He diagnosed a condition that I had for six months that caused me a lot of pain and no one else could touch it. I was going to the emergency room and they were saying nothing was wrong and in fact I have a disease in my hip that was causing me so much pain. I was really grateful for that. That's all I wanted to say.
I am so thankful to have Dr. Spinks as my PCP. He is a very caring and respectful Dr. I was very pleased that he wanted to know about every aspect of my medical history, and listened very intently to me. Dr. Spinks is a very caring person. I was treated very respectfully.

Doctor Spinks is not thorough especially, with wellness care. Gives out wrong medication instead what is in patient medicine history. Also, called the call center to stop me from making a appointment to my former doctor.

Not happy with the diagnosis determination and prescribed "treatment", seemingly without following best practices for it and/or additional labs/testing.
The case manager and staff was unprofessional and had excuses for everything, including why they never return your calls. Dr Spinks is one of the best, and he is the only reason why I'm continuing to go to that clinic .
