I moved 20 plus miles into town. I had to request to keep Dr. Spinks twice. My insurance kept changing me to a provider closer to where I live now. I would rather take off from work and drive to see Dr. Spinks at this clinic. They have been that good to me!
Dr Spinks is great, has the best bedside manner and always takes his time to address my issues while performing a thorough exam. I have great faith in his medical knowledge & trust him with all my healthcare needs.

I've been seeing Dr. Shaun Spinks for years now, and I have to say-he's one of the good ones. The kind of doctor you feel comfortable calling "Doc." He's got that old-school family doctor vibe-someone who genuinely cares, listens, and takes his time with you. I remember first going to him around 30-34 years ago when he was just starting out. Back then, it was just him in the same building he's in now, but it was much quieter. There wasn't anyone drawing blood or helping out-it was simple. But over the years, he's grown into a solid, welcoming practice without losing that personal touch. What stands out about Dr. Spinks is how thorough he is. In a time when it's hard to find doctors who truly pay attention and care, he's remained grounded, compassionate, and real. I've dealt with a very rare form of cancer-something that most doctors don't fully understand, especially with how fragmented the medical system is today. But Dr. Spinks didn't treat me like a case file. He treated me like a whole person. He may not have been a specialist in that specific condition, but he understood me, and that made all the difference. He's the kind of doctor who makes you feel like you're not alone in it. I'm incredibly grateful for him. If you're looking for a doctor who really sees you and takes the time to care, Dr. Spinks is the one.

Everything was really well. The only problems I had was no one hardly picked up, I guess, at the office. It kept going to the main Baton Rouge general or whatever. It didn't go to the office directly. They I think were a little shorthanded that day I found out, so it's not a big deal.
From the time I entered I was greeted with a smile. The staff was awesome and Dr. Spinks was amazing. He was very patient and he listened to what I had to say. So glad that this will be the home of my new medical family. I would highly recommend this office.

I just really like that doctor's office. It is nice and comfortable to go to. It's not overcrowded like the ones that are near the hospital or in the hospital. It's really laid back and I love Dr. Spinks. He's awesome. He diagnosed a condition that I had for six months that caused me a lot of pain and no one else could touch it. I was going to the emergency room and they were saying nothing was wrong and in fact I have a disease in my hip that was causing me so much pain. I was really grateful for that. That's all I wanted to say.
