Hi, the wait time is too long. The way they send you to the room and you have to wait for the doctor, I think that's not timely enough. The check-in part was good. She sent me straight to the room. However, it took the medical assistant a minute to come in. And when she did, I just felt like it needed to be a little faster.

We have been very pleased with Dr. Cotton and her staff. They have shown very much, been very professional with us. We got in on time when we called and they returned our call. It was not that next day was, the same day was immediately following the next day. And so we're very, very, very pleased with her and we would recommend her for others.
Many different labs came back outside of the normal range but no one called to discuss it with me. I believe that the results are related to other symptoms that I have been experiencing but I had no opportunity to discuss that. My symptoms are now being treated individually rather than as a whole. I tried to reach out to the office today but got no response.
The office is well run very clean and efficient. When you check it you are usually immediately sent to your assigned room. No waiting area to sit in incase of illnesses. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Cotton. I few years back I chose her over 3 other primary care doctor that I tried and I have been with her since. She is great down to early and truly cares and knows her patients.

And the only reason why I chose someone for medical history, 'cause it was my first time meeting with her and we discussed medical history, so she didn't really have an opportunity to know my medical history 'cause she had never met me. So otherwise it would be all perfect score for her. Very knowledgeable, good bedside manner, definitely felt listened to and heard and that she followed up on my concerns. So I would give her a 10 out of 10.

My initial experience with this clinic wasn't that great, there was am extremely long wait time, and the response on my chart took a while. Now, when I went to this appointment it was totally different. Whatever change they made, I like it and hope they continue to go that route
